The Tempest was a ROBLOX place made by the account "Noli" in 12/28/2008. It only features a black baseplate and a purple temple, alongside a black pathway that leads to to said temple. This is where ROBLOXHub made the video "Explosing the Tempest" in 2012, but his video on the topic was privated shortly after release, but screenshots from the video were archived.
